Warm, clean and spacious.
Difficulty telephoning to check accessibility. Gave us a ground floor apartment after expressing inability to get to upper floor apartment. Made up sofa bed as alternative which wasn't very comfortable.

The location was good, the accommodation was nice. Car parking was good. The only staff member we saw was a very pleasant lady.
No coat hangers or hanging space. An iron and board would have been nice. Especially as no where to hang clothes. No tea towel. Table and chairs would have been a nice addition.
