The vacation rental is located in Tönnhausen, one of the 13 districts of the town of Winsen (Luhe), and is only about 4 km from the town center
Tönnhausen is a small, agricultural village with about 700 residents. It is situated in the Binnenmarsch region, between the Ilmenau Canal and the Olen Au, an old branch of the Ilmenau River that used to be navigable all the way to Lüneburg.
Lüneburg and Hamburg are about a 30-minute drive away.
Apartment/vacation rental, shower, toilet:
The 85-square-meter attic apartment is bright, welcoming, and modern, equipped with every convenience.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stove (ceramic), refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and many kitchen appliances (filter coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer)
Living room: Sofa set, additional sleeper sofa (140 cm) for 1–2 people, and a separate single bed; satellite TV, TV armchair, stereo system
Bedroom: 1 double bed and 1 single bed
Hallway: Dining area under the dormer window, coat rack
Bathroom: equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and window
The living room and bedroom can be completely darkened using roller shades.
Wi-Fi included
3 parking spaces, bike shed available upon request, shared use of the garden, charcoal grill, garden furniture
The beds are made upon move-in.
Towels and kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.
On-site fees: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, payment must be made in cash on-site. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 30 and 4 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys will be handed over in person on-site or by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. A crib or high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Linen changes are available upon request for stays of 7 days or more for €10 per person.Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for stays of 7 days or more for a one-time fee of 40€. The base price includes towels, bed linens, kitchen linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.
