Appartment 4a is in the fact cellar partially underground with one window in the kitchen part. Shower is integral part of the bedroom, all is practically open space. Due to bad air circulation There is dehumidizer running all the time. It helps but smelt of the air is not perfect like in cellar.

Völlig überteuert, sehr unangenehmer Keller

Das Positive zuerst: für Hunde musste man nichts extra zahlen, die Vermieter sind sehr tierlieb. Für die Ideen bei der Einrichtung hat der Vermieter einen Preis für kreative Lösungen verdient, die Einrichtung war hochwertig.

Die hochtrabend als Kontor bezeichnete Ferienwohnung ist ein Keller mit sehr niedriger Decke (ca. 1,90), kleinem Fenster und kleiner Fläche. Es gibt kein Bad, sondern nur einen Verschlag mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Die Dusche ist hinter dem Kopfende des Bettes mit einer Glasscheibe abgetrennt, sonst offen - sehr kreativ, aber beim Duschen steigt die sowieso schon hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum noch mal deutlich an. Kochen sollte man nicht, sonst wird es dort unerträglich im Raum. Es gibt keine Schränke, wo man Sachen unterbringen könnte, sondern nur Schubladen unter dem Bett. Ein Luftentfeuchter ist vorhanden, der aber praktisch nichts bringt. Die Luft ist dort sehr unangenehm mit über 80 Prozent Luftfeuchtigkeit, ich habe lange nicht so schlecht geschlafen. Das Lattenroste musste ich erst reparieren, damit das Bett nicht bei jeder Bewegung lautstark knarrt. Für diese kleine Fläche im Keller und diesen Zuständen über 100 Euro pro Nacht zu verlangen, ist unverschämt, vor allem im Vergleich zu den anderen Ferienwohnungen des Vermieters, wo man ein Mehrfaches der Fläche für nicht sooo viel mehr Geld bekommt. Bei mir landet diese Ferienwohnung auf der Schwarzen Liste.

Sehr nette Vermieter, tolle grosse Wohnung mit viel platz und ein toller Garten der geschützt ist vor Blicken anderer. In der Küche fehlte an nichts, die Elbe ist so nah, man MUSS einfach jeden Tag dahin ..

Einziger Minimakel waren die fehlenden Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, aber das wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau. So war alles super ..keine minuspunkte

Es war sehr heimelig, trotzdem genug Platz und Zimmer für eine Gruppe von Kollegen. Gute Kochmöglichkeiten und große Küche. Das es zwei Toiletten gab. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Laube und direkten Zugang zur Elbe.
