L'appartamento è ben curato, luminoso pulito e spazioso. La cucina ha molti utensili e gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi. La posizione è centrale vicinissima al teatro Ariston e al Casinò, comoda ai parcheggi sul lungo mare. Il plus di questo alloggio è la super terrazza attrezzata con i divanetti e un tavolo dove poter mangiare. L'alloggio è silenzioso, posizionato su una via pedonale. Host gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto.
Trovare parcheggio a Sanremo in centro, soprattutto gratuito è veremente difficile! L'host fin da prima del nostro arrivo ci ha gentilmente indicato alcuni parcheggi a pagamento vicini all'alloggio. Super utile.
