Space and location
One shower can not be used as hardware / water mixer is broken. Despite 1 week of asking for repairs the landlord was still not able to fix this. Unacceptable for such an expensive apartment. Also, no dishwasher available Minimal kitchen tools for cooking available Gas heater is old...water dripping Some electric sockets are broken
