About this house rental

Close to the sea, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 8-minute walk to Tre Ponti or the 8-minute walk to Bagni Azzurri.

Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the garden and BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter. We really loved the fully equipped house. It is located very close to the beach. And a few minutes drive from centre of SanRemo. We received a very warm welcome, got an explanation of all facilities and things to do including personal recommendations. It is superb basis to enjoy a long relaxing holiday. And the garden is even more than perfect. Perfectly in harmony with the villa itself.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und gibt mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und dem großen Garten sehr gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Natürlich ist aufgrund seiner Lage auch mal der Verkehr zu hören, aber dafür kommt man in den Genuss jederzeit kurz mal ins Meer zu hüpfen. Es sind keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß und der Sandstrand ist toll und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mille grazie gentile Signora Anna Rosa

Great house for a stay in Sanremo
The house and surroundings are just awesome. Very close to the beach and not too far from Sanremo center or Taggia - walk, run or take the bike. Great well equipped kitchen with all you need to cook a great dinner IF you not going to some of the restaurants that Anna Rosa tipped about. The rooms and bathrooms are big and nice. Both(!) the living rooms are inviting. We were very well taken cared of and would definitely book Anna Rosas house if/WHEN we return to Sanremo.
