About this house rental
Detached villa of approximately 170 square meters by the sea, on two levels with an internal spiral staircase; both levels have access from the outside via French doors.
Private garden of 1,100 square meters, three private parking spaces.
On the upper level, a spacious living room with a kitchen area, two bedrooms with views of the sea and the garden, two bathrooms (one with a tub/shower and one with a shower), and ample space for outdoor dining. On the lower level, a sitting room (which can be converted into a sleeping area) and a double bedroom with a bathroom featuring a shower.
The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with all modern amenities. Fans in every room, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, American-style coffee maker, blender, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, 2 TVs, and Wi-Fi with 150 GB per month.
Outdoor charcoal grill
Linens and towels included.
From the beautiful garden, you can access Treponti Beach (Blue Flag 2022) via a direct pedestrian underpass and the bike path.
Close to public transportation to Sanremo; pets welcome (maximum 2).

We really loved the fully equipped house. It is located very close to the beach. And a few minutes drive from centre of SanRemo. We received a very warm welcome, got an explanation of all facilities and things to do including personal recommendations. It is superb basis to enjoy a long relaxing holiday. And the garden is even more than perfect. Perfectly in harmony with the villa itself.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und gibt mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und dem großen Garten sehr gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Natürlich ist aufgrund seiner Lage auch mal der Verkehr zu hören, aber dafür kommt man in den Genuss jederzeit kurz mal ins Meer zu hüpfen. Es sind keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß und der Sandstrand ist toll und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mille grazie gentile Signora Anna Rosa

The house and surroundings are just awesome. Very close to the beach and not too far from Sanremo center or Taggia - walk, run or take the bike.
Great well equipped kitchen with all you need to cook a great dinner IF you not going to some of the restaurants that Anna Rosa tipped about. The rooms and bathrooms are big and nice. Both(!) the living rooms are inviting. We were very well taken cared of and would definitely book Anna Rosas house if/WHEN we return to Sanremo.
