Excellent apartment in the middle of Sanremo.
The rooms are all nicely decorated in a very distinctive and immaginative style with bonus points for comfort. The air conditioning is a life saver for the hot summer nights and all the televisions are equipped with Chromecast allowing you stream your favorite content from your phone. The proprietator is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended this one!

A nice appartment in the heart of Sanremo
Our host did his best to feel US comfortable, contacted US before arrival, suggested the dest way to arrive for getting off our luggage, suggested the nearest parkings, arranged the warm welcome. Everything was very comfortable Indeed.

Piccola vacanza Sanremese in un bellissimo alloggio!
Ci è piaciuto molto la grandezza della casa e l'ampiezza delle stanze, la quantità e qualità dei servizi presenti all'interno (c'è veramente tutto l'occorrente di cuii si possa aver necessità) e la posizione centrale e strategica (in centro, a due passi dalla pista ciclabile e dalle spiaggie). La pulizia di tutte le stanze è un altro punto forte di questa struttura, davvero impeccabile. Da annotare come altro punto a favore, la professionalità e gentilezza del proprietario. Dovessimo tornare a Sanremo, questa struttura sarà sicuramente di nuovo la nostra scelta.
Avendo due passeggini, non ci è piaciuto dover fare due rampe si scale per raggiungere la porta d'ingresso. Il portoncino di ingresso dell'alloggio non è ben fermo, questo fa si che sbatte leggermente quando gli altri condomini aprono o chiudono le loro porte di ingresso o la porta di accesso alle scale. L'alloggio è gestito con chiusura elettronica WiFi, questa, una volta usciti, non permette di chiudere con le classiche mandate di chiavistello il portoncino, rimane chiuso esclusivamente con lo scrocco. Cosa diversa invece dall'interno, in quanto è possibile chiudere saldamente con i chiavistelli delle due serrature presenti.
