Posizione ottimale, con posto auto interno cortile ( che per Sanremo è il top). Appartamento confortevole, dotato di clima caldo/freddo adatto a tutte le stagioni, più termosifoni per i periodi più freddi, cucina attrezzata, biancheria letto/bagno presente. Vista dalle camere e dalla zona giorno sul mare! I proprietari sono disponibili e estremamente gentili i quali hanno una barca caratteristica al porto, che funge a tutti gli effetti da ristorante..il “solo la lisca”, si mangia pesce pescato del giorno in riva al porto con uno scenario incantevole attorno. Super consigliato!!

Très joli appartement , spacieux et bien décoré, avec une magnifique vue sur piscine et mer . Hôte Très sympathique , serviable et disponible si besoin. Emplacement à 2 pas du centre ville , du centre historique,du port et juste en face des plages ( publiques ou privées) .Lieu animé. Cuisine toute équipée.
