The apartment is located very central in the city which fit us perfectly. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Although our experience was quite fulfilling, we found the locks quite confusing. I wish the host took more time to show us how the locks worked as it took us some time to figure out.

Tout était fantastique ! La situation de l'appartement est excellente, en plein cœur de la ville. Un lieu de vie très agréable et celui-ci donne sur une cour... aucun bruit ! Les hôtes ont pensé au petit déjeuner. je recommande

Comodo per la posizione, meno per la qualità del soggiorno

Posizione ottima: l’alloggio si trova in una zona estremamente comoda. In un minuto a piedi raggiungevo il mio posto di lavoro al Teatro Ariston, motivo principale per cui avevo scelto questa struttura.

Riscaldamento non funzionante: durante il soggiorno il riscaldamento non ha funzionato, e la sera la temperatura era piuttosto fredda. Coperte molto polverose: le coperte che ci sono state fornite erano piene di polvere. Per me, che soffro di allergia ai tessuti e alla lana, questo è stato particolarmente problematico. Asciugamani maleodoranti: gli asciugamani del bagno avevano un odore di acqua stagnante. Per evitare il cattivo odore, ho preferito acquistare della carta e utilizzarla per asciugarmi, soprattutto il viso. Lenzuola non fresche: anche le lenzuola avevano un odore sgradevole, difficile da definire, ma che dava comunque un’impressione di non pulito. Doccia che allaga il bagno: usando la doccia, l’acqua usciva ovunque e il pavimento si allagava completamente. Non era presente alcun mocio o strumento per asciugare, quindi ho dovuto utilizzare il tappetino, che si è inzuppato d’acqua diventando inutilizzabile. Intervento tecnico in un momento poco opportuno: i proprietari hanno cercato di risolvere il problema del riscaldamento facendo venire un tecnico alle 23:30. Gestione apprezzabile nell’intenzione, ma poco adeguata considerando che avevamo appena affrontato otto ore di viaggio, comunicando in anticipo che eravamo molto stanchi e che la mattina successiva avrei dovuto svegliarmi all’alba per lavorare. Stufette inutilizzabili: ci sono state lasciate due stufette, ma la prima, appena accesa, emanava un forte odore di polvere; la seconda, sebbene nuova, aveva comunque un odore sgradevole di bruciato. Alla fine abbiamo preferito non usarle e dormire indossando più strati di vestiti.

Weekend a Sanremo

Struttura accogliente e super pulita, in zona centralissima a Sanremo, a due passi da spiaggia, Ariston e Casinò. Nonostante la posizione, essendo posizionata verso un cortile interno è una casa molto silenziosa, quindi adatta al relax. Dotata di tutti i comfort e accessori per un soggiorno anche di più lunga durata. Unica nota, non problematica per noi, ma che non ricordo di aver notato dall’annuncio, non è presente l’ascensore.

Très bien situé centre-ville. Tous commerces au bas de l’immeuble, Parking à 400m. Appartement bien équipé, les deux chambres sont très calmes. Deuxième étage sans ascenseur.
