GuestHost - Sanremo Amazing Apartment with Private Parking

The property is very nicely decorated and comfortable. There is air conditioning that works really well, it even got quite cold at times without thick bedding. Fabio was very helpful and would answer any questions we’d ask on whatsapp very quickly. The kitchen is well equipped, but we found the gas stoves and water heater a bit scary, the carbon monoxide alarm went off once. The location is great and close to everything, but do also keep in mind there are a lot of steps to climb. We didn’t really use the terrace as there were also stairs to access it and it wasn’t clear if it was entirely private or not. The view and the furniture is very nice though!

The check in and check out are a bit complicated because the key drop off is a few minutes uphill from the apartment. Although the place was clean, we think it needs a deep clean especially the shower.

Situation parfaite au centre historique. Belle décoration d'intérieur. Très bien équipé.

Nous avons sous-estimé les trois étages sans ascenseur. 😅 Beaucoup d'instructions.

Wunderschön eingerichtet! Alles vorhanden! Wir haben uns sofort daheim gefühlt.

Des escaliers, des escaliers et encore des escaliers ( 3 étages très raides avec des hautes marches) À déconseiller vivement pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou lorsqu’on a plusieurs valises Ce n’est malheureusement pas indiqué clairement sur l’annonce de booking Nous avons vraiment galéré ! La terrasse n’est pas accessible se l’appartement il faut monter un étage supplémentaire
