Deludente

Via Corradi é una delle vie centrali, adiacente al casinò. Le foto del appartamento sono bellissime, apparentemento in se molto carino, ma.....

Per prendere le chiavi del appartamento la persona deve fare giro del oca. Dopo aver preso le chiavi appena apri il portone c'è un scalino su quale non ti avvisa nessuno e se non hai riflessi pronti rischi di rimanere sdraiato per terra. Ascensore non c'è, ma ci sono le scale molto alte tra di loto, quasi che uno le dovrebbe fare a gattoni, e cosi per due piani. Poi per arrivare al terzo piano c'è un bivio di scale e quindi non sai quale prendere perché indicazione inesistente. Entrando nel appartamento devi inserire la chiave nel apposita scatoletta per far partire la corrente. Poi te ne accorgi che la porta si apre dal corridoio e allora devi tirare fuori la chiave dalla scatola, mettere torcia sul cellulare, chiudere la porta a chiave, rimettere la chiave nella scatola per far ripartire la corrente. Rimani stupito da quanto appartenento é carino e in stile marinaio. Poi però per andare a soppalco, c'è la scala a chiocciola strettissima, sconsolatissimo per persone robuste. La tv sopra ha integrata la video camera puntata sul letto matrimoniale. Condizionatore dj sopra posizioniato in modo che soffia direttamente sul letto matrimoniale. La vasca Idromassaggio nel bagno di sopra, NON FUNZIONA. L'acqua calda va a strattoni(un po' si poi arriva gelida). Ugelli pieni di calcare e molto sporchi, si vede mancata manutenzione. Contatto host che ha risposto di aver immediatamente contattato idraulico e che idraulico ha ordinato la nuova pompa senza manco venire a controllare quale è il problema( quindi si sapeva già che non funzionava e non é indicato nel annuncio). Decisa di provare a fare la idrodoccia che sarebbe a livello di sotto. Lo stesso problema. A parte che non funziona, c'è un grande problema con acqua calda. Quindi di un soggiorno che doveva essere super rilassante, praticamente è diventato soggiorno a arrangiati come puoi.

Eine sehr gute und ruhige Lage mit einemsicherem Garagenplatz (und wenigen Verbesserungspotenzialen)

Am Tag der Anreise bekamen wir eine sehr detaillierte Anleitung, wo der Schlüssel und die Garge zu finden sind. Die Garage befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe zur Wohnung, man muss aber Treppen hinuntergehen. Man sollte wissen, dass Sanremo eine Treppenstadt ist. Man geht viele Treppen, auch im Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet. Die Wendeltreppe in die Schlafzimmeretage ist recht eng. Auch das sollte man wissen. Wir kamen damit einigermaßen gut zurecht, sind aber beide auch sportlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Obwohl wir an einem belebten Dezemberwochenende dort waren, hörten wir nur sehr vereinzelt etwas. Unseren sehr guten Schlaf hat das nicht gestört. Lage und Ruhe fanden wir großartig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat einen großen Eßtisch. Die beiden Fernseher haben wir nicht genutzt, aber die WiFi Verbindung ist topp, schnell und aufgrund des encryptischen Schlüssels auch sicher. Die Ausstattung war für unsere Zwecke ausreichend gut. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen (eine je Etage), die auch heizen können. Das war auch nötig, da es einige Male draußen recht kalt war. Beide funktionierten einwandfrei. Es gibt zwei Vollbäder mit WC, also je Etage eines. Das fanden wir sehr gut.

Den Hinweis, dass der Müll weggebracht werden sollte (4-5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt) haben wir leider zu spät gelesen. Wenn der in der sehr langen Anleitung stad, wie man in die Wohnung kommmt, dann lag das daren. Die Erinnerung am Abreisetag kam daher für uns zu spät. Etwas lästig fanden wir, dass der Strom beim Betreten immer mit dem Schlüssel aktiviert werden muss. Zugleich muss man die Wohnungstüre abschließen, da diese sich vom Treppenhaus öffnen lässt. Daher war es nachts nötig, dass wir zuerst mittels Handy-Taschenlampe die Wohnungstüre verriegelten und danach erst den Strom über den Hauptschalter aktivieren konnten. Hier wäre ein Nachtlicht in der Nähe der Wohnungstüre sehr hilfreich. Der Wifi Code ist encryptisch und sehr, sehr lang. Hier hätten wir uns über einen QR Code gefreut, um unse Handy zu verbinden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das SPA defekt ud konnte aufgrund des llangen Wochenendes nicht repariert werden. Geduscht haben wir dann im zweiten Bad der unteren Etage.

Vasc idromassaggio guasta e con capelli nello scarico, al piano inferiore nella doccia non funzionavano i bocchettoni laterali. Avremmo potuto anche sorvolare il malfunzionamento dell’idromassaggio, ma sulle pulizie sono una persona che non transige

La struttura era molto pulita e accoglienti, in un ottima posizione centrale vicinissima sia ai negozi che alla spiaggia

Il condizionatore al piano di sopra funziona male, la doccia non scarica e c’era l’allarme del monossido di carboni che suonava almeno una volta al giorno (anche senza un apparente motivo). L’host ha comunicato che probabilmente era difettoso ma che comunque avrebbe mandato qualcuno a controllare eventuali perdite di gas
