Super appartement climatisé bien placé, juste à côté des transports en commun et à 15 minutes à pied de Hofburg. Literie très agréable. Salle de bain très propre. L hôte est très réactif et à l’écoute
Équipement de cuisine en dessous de la prestation de cet appartement. Il manque de tout (assiettes, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, torchon… )

Teljesen gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció a szállásadóval, a nap bármely időszakában gyorsan, kedvesen és segítőkészen jeleztek vissza. Jól felszerelt fürdő- és hálószobák, a hatalmas nappali és a terasz varázslatos. Nagyszerű városközponti elhelyezkedés, mélygarázs a közelben.
A konyhából egy szeletelésre alkalmas kést hiányoltunk, minden más tökéletes.

Sehr gute Lage im Universtätsquartier. ÖV und Restaurants in der Nähe. Schnell überall in Wien, au zu Fuss istdie Innenstadt nicht Weit. Schönes Jugendstilgebäude. Maisonette Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse mit Sicht auf die Votiv-Kirche.
1) Leider nicht sauber gereinigt. Viel Staub und Haare an mehreren Orten, wirklich sehr unappetitlich, sodass wir uns bei Abieshomes beschweren mussten (mit Fotos). Daraufhin wurde die Wohnung nachgereicht. 2) Die Küchenausstattung ist zu mager. Keine Teelöffel, kleine Müslischalen, keine Schüsseln, keine Pfannendeckel, zu wenige Gläser etc. 3) Billigmöbel. Teils lotterige Sessel, und Kästen/Schränke.
