110 W. Cape Shores- Memorable bay views from this wonderfully appointed and luxury Cape Shores home! You are only a hop, skip and a jump to the beach! This elegant and modern 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home includes an abundance of outdoor space. Whether you are enjoying the large screened porch, or the several decks this property features maximum water views and summer breezes. The home is spacious and the many upgrades, including a chefs kitchen, will not disappoint. Comfortable furniture, coast design and style will bring you back to this home for years to come. The owner graciously supplies 4 adult bikes, 3 kids bikes, 2 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak, 6 life preservers (universal), 2 paddle boards, 10 adult beach chairs, 1 child beach chair, and 2 beach umbrellas! Guests at this home are provided access to the community amenities of Cape Shores, including pool, pier, and tennis courts. Recreation passes must be kept on hand while using these amenities. What makes this vacation rental even more special is its location. West Cape Shores Drive is a short bike ride from Cape Henlopen State Park, where bike trails weave through both history and nature. The Cape May - Lewes Ferry Terminal is nearby, and the ships can be watched from the Cape Shores fishing pier. Historic Lewes, the First Town in the First State, is just three miles away and some of the beaches' best shops and restaurants can be found in the downtown district on Second Street.
Please note the Carport Height is 6'2".There is plenty of parking for larger vehicles in the driveway.

This home was perfect for me and my family for our Thanksgiving. Very spacious and clean. The views were amazing and the beautiful windows let in so much natural sunlight. It was lovely waking up and having coffee with my siblings and their families around the large kitchen island and cooking together without being in everyone’s way was a plus! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place that has the room to not feel on top of each other.
