The screened porch, overlooking the private pool and equipped with a TV and comfortable seating, is the perfect spot to unwind. The spacious yard invites family games of cornhole, and the charming front porch is ideal for sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The lower level includes a second family room with a pool table and foosball, plus two bedrooms and a shared hall bath. Conveniently located about 2.5 hours from Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore.
PARKING: Private driveway with parking for approximately six cars.

Great property with plenty of space for our group! Located right along a lovely bike path, it was perfect for both walking and biking adventures. The backyard pool was the star of our vacation—everyone loved it! With the beach only a quick 5–8 minute drive away, we enjoyed a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. Very spacious with everything you need. Perfect location. Less than 10 min drive to the boardwalk and beach. Only complaint is the surrounding houses..A few run down homes surrounding this home with individuals that appear intoxicated or high pacing outside the house on a daily basis.

We had a family vacation week. The home is beautiful and with surprisingly hot days, including one day with heat index of 108, the pool was devine. All age groups had fun. The A/C excelled despite the hot and muggy guy weather. Hope to stay here again next year. A Big Thank You to the owners and ReMax
