Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Overall stay was great. The property had plenty of room to accommodate our 13 guests. Location was perfect with access to the beach and quick commute to friends. One of your guests had dog hair on there bed and we noticed dust and sand in the kitchen and living room area upon our arrival. Not a huge make our break situation. One thing I found a bit unfortunate was no hand soap throughout the house. There was plenty of dish soap from left overall guests and a pantry full of coffee essentials, trash bags etc. The linen package which I recall was 300 or 400 USD. We did not purchase the package and were fine bringing our own linens and towels. This was not a huge deal but don't understand when being charged a cleaning fee and had to purchase insurance of why this was not accommodate? Overall though it was a great weekend with friends and family.

The house was beautiful and well-appointed. Fixtures appeared new. The kitchen appeared new. It is close to the beach. We all felt comfortable in this house. One problem, not created by the owner, was the 3 clogged toilets (out of 4) we experienced. Evidently this was caused by a cleaning solution that congealed in the drain. This problem was not fully solved until Wednesday of our vacation week. That was a bit of a bummer. Our rental agent couldn’t get a handyman out until Tuesday. And then we had another clog near midnight. The owner finally had a plumber come out to check the drains on Thursday. All clear. This is lovely home for a vacation. Our 12 people were comfortable. Our party experienced several local restaurants, especially sea food ones. All our party had good meals.
