plutôt proche du vieux port à pied ainsi que des trams, appartement plutôt joli

vous êtes au rez de chaussée côté rue donc vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir les fenêtres et il fait très chaud et c’est bruyant au vu du passage, le quartier est pas top et peu d’équipement

Clean and great location

Very central location, easy walk to the metro station Joliette, the Old Harbor, Mucem, etc. Close to many small and less expensive restaurants (try the excellent Palestinian down the street). Kitchen seems ok, I never used it. Big fridge with freezer, and not prohibitively noisy. Good shower with plenty of warm water.Small, but well organized.

Not the most reactive host (had to wait outside for 10 min thinking that he's about to drive there to meet me, although he was inside!). Beautiful spider web under the shower, but no shower gel. Soundproofing is really bad - as soon as the neighbors upstairs slam the toilet cover, you'll feel it in your bones. Even the click of their light switch is clearly heard - luckily, they seem to be calm people (no partying, etc). Watch out where you set your feet in the streets - do not step on the occasional drug addicts dozing off (but this is just Marseille, nothing wrong with the property).
