Appartement très bien situé, proche du Vieux Port et des transports en communs. Quartier calme. Terrasse sympa même si beaucoup de vis à vis mais pas gêné par les voisins.
Dosettes de cafés et thé absentes pourtant notifié dans l’annonce … Un peu de bruit le matin quand les gens descendent.

Grand appartement confortable pas loin de rue piétonne de la gare st Charles et du vieux port . D une propreté impeccable. Boîte à clef pour rentrer . Petite supérette et boulangerie à 2 pas.
Ce n est pas aimer on va dire cest le côté pratique il manque un porte manteau salle de bain et genre armoire pour poser ses affaires et il faudrait peut être mettre des collants sur les fenêtres car il y a un vis à vis pour les voisins d en face et le frigo fait pas mal de bruit rien de bien méchant on a bien dormi quand même 😃
