L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Bordeaux.
La clim est un indispensable très apprécié en cette période de forte chaleur. Petite surface mais bien optimisée. Literie confortable. Hôte accueillante et disponible. Applications pour communiquer fluide.

les capsules de café sont trop peu à 4 pour 2 jours séjournés
la clim et la salle de bain mais la chambre sous sol est un peu dangereux avec escalier pente forte

Great communication with the agency and a warm welcome. The apartment is in a perfect location on a quiet side street, with charming decor and everything you need.
Would recommend two guests maximum, not afraid of using the Japanese stairs leading to the bedroom.
Some parts of the interior are a bit dated and could benefit from an update or replacement.

Très bien placé, le lit était agréable et plutôt propre
L’appartement est mal isolé donc en entend beaucoup le voisin du haut la nuit ce qui était désagréable. Aucunes des télévisons ne fonctionnaient ce qui n’était pas précisé. L’hôte ne répond pas aux messages donc si vous avez une urgence c’est compliqué !
