Appartement Hypercentre - Le Ruat

Loved the property, fantastic location. Very Clean and had everything you need. Good supply of clean towels and nice bed linen. Beautiful Quiet area which was great, but also being right in the heart of the city. Getting the keys from the host was seamless and Pierre was very nice. Would love to stay here again when back in Bordeaux.

It did miss AC , with it reaching 39 degrees, but there were large good fans provided, that did help. The internal steps to property have a winding stone staircase to the 1st floor , which needs to be negotiated carefully. We couldn’t get any streaming channels on the TV .

The location was the best we could hope for! Right in the historic center, just a few steps from the Saint Andre cathedral

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is beautifully designed and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is really very very central! A special thank you for the three fans – they were a lifesaver in this incredible heat!

The only downside is that the bathroom could use a renovation.

Property was spacious and location was great

The creaking floorboards in corridor to back bedroom were very very annoying and disturbed the whole family if anyone was trying to sleep. Kitchen was a mess - kettle top was broken, no mugs (eventually they brought some), everything a jumbled mess in various cupboards, one of kitchen hobs did not work. Bathroom could do with an upgrade and the shower bracket other travelers had complained about still doesn’t hold the shower. Road and also inside the building very noisy - flat above had a man aggressively shouting and moving furniture till beyond 11pm on first night. Throw over on sofa looked filthy and hadn’t even been straightened out since last occupants. We had to use one of bed covers to be able to sit. They eventually replaced with one that barely covered 1/4 of the sofa Admins send lots of emails and WhatsApp’s but don’t respond to anything you send/reply
