Unbeatable location, very close to an underground parking lot. Spacious apartment with high ceilings, new appliances that worked well, and air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Our landlord was welcoming and gracious and responded swiftly to all of our questions and needs. The apartment is near some beautiful older sections of the city and close to patisseries, grocery and wine stores, and a variety of locations. Extremely comfortable.

Great location, roomy and well equipped
The only shower is in the en-suite attached to one of the bedrooms which may not suit all guests.
Air con in second bedroom wasn’t great and the lack of decent blinds or curtains meant the room was quite warm in Bordeaux.

Perfect position next to the best shopping and eating streets and close to major sites.
Spacious apartment with Netflix and aircon. Very comfortable and well appointed. The shabby entry belies the nice apartment on level one. (No elevator). Very quiet and secure. Bakery and coffee shop across the road.
The shared entry corridor was unkempt.

Location is excellent and when we had queries, the hosts were very quick to respond and sort out. Great kitchen, very nice main bedroom and living area. The bakery opposite was fantastic- great food and friendly staff.
The entrance hall and stairs were really quite shocking, very off putting. Carpet was filthy and stained and cracks in walls everywhere. The apartment itself is nice but it is not a 4 person apartment. There is a bedroom and also a room with a sofa bed. No bedlinen for sofa bed, and duvet and pillow was stained. I asked for bedlinen and it arrived but clearly that room is not used much .
