Housed in a magnificent typical Bordeaux stone building, this place promises an authentic and memorable experience.
This spacious two-bedroom apartment, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, is perfectly designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this space has been thought for your comfort and privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, hob, and all the necessary small appliances for you to whip up delicious meals just like at home.
Enjoy WiFi and a television.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
We offer the possibility to enrich your stay with options such as a breakfast delivery service each morning and the provision of a baby bed for the little ones.

DEPOSIT
As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €250 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

NEIGHBORHOOD
From Mérignac Airport :
Take the bus 1 from Mérignac Aéroport Station to Quinconces Station then take Tram B to Gambetta and walk to the apartment.
From St Jean Railway Station :
Take the Tram C or D to Quinconces, then change to Tram B to Gambetta and walk 100m to the apartment.
To park your vehicle, places in the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The price for parking are 15€ for half a day.

Apartment of 72 sq. in the heart of Bordeaux, near Pey Berland. Pefect localisation to live your own Bordeaux experience and discover the city.
On the 1st floor of a typical Bordeaux building, the apartment has been renovated and made with charm.
You will find a well equipped kitchen on your right then a large living-room living room with a sofa, a round table and a TV.
Toilets are separated and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Then you will find a first room and a second with double beds and cupboards.
Wi-Fi is free, only for this this apartment.
20min by tram from the station, 45min by taxi or 1h by bus from the airport.
The Check in time is from 4.00 pm till 8.30 pm its possible on request to arrival later with an extra fee of 10 euros per hour waiting from 8.30 pm
The District

On one side the area is defined by Cours de l’Intendance, Cours Georges-Clémenceau, and cours Xavier-Arnozan, the famous Golden triangle with the beautiful views of Place de la Comédie, Place Tourny, Place des Quinconces and the ‘Grand Theatre’. Excellent stay very close to everything just a few minutes to the cathedral.
Brilliant early check in and let us also have a late check out.

- Malgré tous les radiateurs allumés il faisait très froid
- du bruit la nuit (samedi soir) car c'est une rue passante
- Des frais difficiles à évaluer car non clairement affichés: en plus du prix afficher sur booking il faudra compter: 49 euros dE frais de ménage + literie (j'ai appelé 2 semaine avant pour dire que j'en avait pas besoin, on m'avait confirmé que c'était ok mais pour finaliser la reservation quelques jours avant je n'avais pas d'autre option que de payer ces 49 euros supplémentaires) + frais de caution (on vous demande de laisser une empreinte bancaire pour moi de 25 euros et les frais liés à l'utilisation de la plateforme sont facturés aux locataires et sont au prorata du montant de la location)
- Nous devions libérer l'appartement à 10h et avions demandé à la proprio si nous pouvions laisser nos bagages quelques part car nos trains partaient à 17h30. Elle nous autorisé à laisser nos bagages dans un des logements qu'elle possède. Malheureusement en revenant récupérer nos bagages certaines de nos affaires avaient disparus. Conseil: prévoyez plutôt des lockers, il y en a un peu partout sur Bordeaux et notamment à la gare.
