This was a spacious apartment for two people in a great location, close to trams and points of interest. It's on a quiet road which came alive on Saturday with artisan stalls. We were there in a heatwave and it was great to have air con. We didn't eat in, so I can't comment on the cooking facilities but they seemed sufficient.

The photos make the apartment look really bright and fresh but in reality it was very dark and quite depressing. Although there's only a very short flight of stairs up to the apartment, they're steep, so we were very grateful to Pierre for lugging our big case up. The living room was grubby; there was a throw on the stained sofa bed and marks and stains on the floor and furniture. The balcony was awful and not remotely like the photo - my plans of coffee out there in the morning, planning the day's activities was not possible. A sign said that the washing machine couldn't be used which was very disappointing. All these negatives make it frustrating that you have to pay a 250€ deposit. I worried that we would be blamed for the broken freezer door (no ice possible), the stained seats or the marked floor so I messaged to confirm the issues but did not receive a relevant reply. I took photos in case, but I did get my full deposit back. Interestingly, the owner/manager has replied to previous comments about the deposit stating that it is standard, but we stayed in 12 properties in total and this was the only one requiring it.

Appartement vertoonde wat gebreken. Meubilair op het balkonnetje was kapot. Zaten vlekken op de stoel. Vriesvak van de ijskast sloot niet. Glasplaatje in de badkamer zat scheef en los. Mag wel een beetje opgeknapt worden hier en daar. Water uit de kraan in de keuken rook erg naar bleek. Communicatie met verhuur Bureau verliep raar verschillende mails en meldingen achter elkaar voor hetzelfde onderwerp. Prijs vond ik te duur voor de geleverd diensten en de staat van het appartement. Woning zeker niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, binnen moet je nog een trappetje op.

Das Appartement liegt in einer mit Pollern geschützten Zone. Eine Einfahrt zum Ausladen des Gepäcks ist nicht möglich!!! Das Appartement ist sehr dunkel, da es in der ersten Etage im Hinterhof direkt an andere Häuser grenzt. Hier kommt die Sonne niemals hin, wir hatten schon saubere Appartements. WLAN hat erst nach direkter Eingabe des Router Codes funktioniert, für 40 Stunden Parkhaus haben wir 48.-€ bezahlt und mussten das Gepäck ca. 300 Meter weit schleppen,
