Decent place in the very center of Bordeaux. The host offers convenient parking option. The apartment is rather well equipped. The host is very responsible and responsive.
There's no air conditioning, and during out stay it was very hot. We missed AC badly :( Also, for some reason that hasn't been identified I had to pay for parking twice more than expected (20 EUR + 22 EUR instead of just 20 EUR).

Location was perfect, central but quiet, a few steps away from the hyper town centre, but also felt a bit like being in a village with small cafes and indépendant shops all around. I travelled with my adult son, so the room layout was great, much better than a small hotel room. The sofa bed was comfortable and very easy to use. Although we didn’t meet Anthony, the host, he made sure that we felt welcome and we knew that he would assist us if we needed. I also liked the Chinese paintings decorating the walls.

L’emplacement est plutôt central et permet de tout faire à pieds . Le plateau de bienvenu est très appréciable (café, madeleines….)
La peinture de la baignoire s’en va , le radiateur du bureau est arraché du mur , le canapé lit n’est pas confortable. Et les photos ne rendent pas compte de la taille des pièces , la salle de bain est vraiment petite alors qu’elle paraît profonde en photo . Idem pour le salon cuisine , difficile de se tourner quand le canapé est déplié !! Nous avons réservé pour 4 mais avons dû installer le canapé en lit et mettre les draps , taie d’oreiller et housse de couette …
