THE APARTMENT
Discover Bordeaux by staying in this beautiful apartment recently renovated with top-of-the-range amenities! With a capacity of 4 people, this apartment will provide you with a comfortable and quality stay to discover the city in complete tranquility.
Located on the ground floor of a historical building with beautiful stone, enter this modern and warm apartment, especially thanks to its exposed stone and quality equipment.
The living space has a TV corner with a convertible sofa, a dining table and its 3 chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The pleasantly decorated bedroom is situated in souplex on the lower level and offers a double bed (140cm).
The bathroom is on the main level, on the same level as the bedroom and has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.
Due to the steep stairs, this apartment is not recommended for children.
DEPOSIT
As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €250 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

ACCESS & PARKING
From Mérignac Airport :
Take the bus 1 from the stop " Aéroport de Mérignac " to the stop " Gambetta Mériadeck " then walk 6 minutes.
From the St Jean train station:
Take the bus 1 from the stop " Gare St Jean " to the stop " Palais de Justice " and walk 7 minutes or take the tramway C from the stop " Gare St Jean " to the stop " Place de la Bourse " and walk 11 minutes.
To park your car, parking on the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have a car park, the public car park " Clemenceau Auditorium " is located 350 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 30€ for the day.

Very nice Apartement in the city center, near at all you need. Presence of steep stairs to go to the bedroom.

I found the flat interesting and quirky. A lot more charm than staying in a hotel.
I can speak a little French so communications (rules, conditions and charges might have been missed had I no knowledge of your language),
The downstairs bed was fairly comfortable but felt uneasy climbing the stairs to the living quarters. I would be in trouble if I was at all frail.
If I was to come again, I would bring a little Bialette coffee machine- do not like using Nespresso capsules, The cutlery draw should have ordinary knives (for spreading butter on bread) there were only steak knives.
The airconditioner unit drips quite badly when left on for any length of time: perhaps this could be fixed or a sign put up explaining that it should be used in moderation.
It was advertised as suitable for 4 people: Although it is possible for two to sleep on the couch upstairs and two downstairs, you would find it almost impossible- the table only seats 2 at a squeeze. It is only good for two. Location is perfect.

Souplex très mignon et assez propre (un peu de miettes au sol...).
Très bien situé en hyper centre.
Personnel parfaitement accessible.
Cependant : aucune des 2 TV n'a fonctionné, c'est un système de TV connectée avec une application mais malgré plusieurs tentatives le signal ne fonctionnait pas.
Le sèche cheveux était HS.
Dommage que les prestations ne soient pas optimales puisque j'imagine inclus dans le prix.
