Appartement des Quinconces

Propre et bien placé, proximité des commerces et transports. Pas de moustiques même en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes !

La pression d’eau de la douche était faible.

The location is unbeatable. It's close to St. Catherine's high street and all the important landmarks. The apartment itself is modern, well appointed and has everything you need to cook if needed. Gladys was kind enough to provide us with an air-conditioning unit due to the heatwave. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bordeaux.

Very small observation. The pillows and bedding could be changed to something better. Especially the pillows in the bedroom with the double bed offer no support.

Location, lift.

This was no reflection on the owner of the property that Europe was experiencing a heat wave at the time we stayed in the apartment. The apartment is not air conditioned,it heated up rapidly & we couldn’t cool it down no matter how many fans & windows we opened. The bedding wasn’t a quality cotton,it was polyester,hot & slippery,causing it to slide off the bed & stick to us through the sweltering nights. We were so hot & uncomfortable, we looked at going to a hotel; but due to the Tour de France being on,there were no availability’s. There was no extra toilet paper left for us. The curtains are way too small for the windows, in the heat of the day the sun was still able to get into the apartment heating it up more. A few times we sat in the corridor to cool off a bit.

La ubicación es perfecta, céntrica y cerca de diferentes líneas de bus y tranvías

Era mucho mas pequeño de lo que parecía en las fotos. El mayor problema fue que dentro del apartamento el calor era insoportable y los ventiladores no eran suficientes. Esto nos impidió dormir e hizo nuestra estancia bastante incómoda. Pienso que en este apartamento es necesario algún tipo de aire acondicionado.
