A very comfortable place to stay in Yerevan. It has everything you need, it has a nice outdoor space to relax. Very tidy and clean. The host is very attentive and kind.

It is good to mention that to access on foot you have to climb some slopes. But it's nice at the same time, to get to know other corners of Yerevan. For this reason you can also have a nice view from the bedroom window ;). A taxi (using the Yandex app) it’s be very useful.

Комфортный, уютный и чистый номер. Вся необходимая бытовая техника в наличии, всё работает. Постельное бельё, полотенца - свежие. Хозяин - отличный парень, всегда на связи и готов помочь. Месторасположение - немного вдали от центральных улиц (до центра, до площади Республики - 1-1,2 км примерно), но это и плюс, так как всю ночь можно спать с открытыми окнами без какого-либо шума с улицы. Я был в Ереване в конце мая и реально - слышно было только ночных птиц.

Clean, comfy. All the amenities you need is in the flat. Internet is good. Can easily relax after a long day out. Owner is responsive. Can also contact him through whatsapp. Felt very safe.

Not really a problem for me, but the property is 20-25min by foot from the city center. Taxis are affordable though and are everywhere in Yerevan (use Yandex). It can be difficult to find on Google maps, just ask the owner for the property address in English. It can be easily searched through Yandex which is the app that's widely used in Armenia. Water gets cut off for few mins early in the morning. Not sure if that happens throughout the day. Can be nice to get information about it specially if you have plans in the morning. Electricity got cut off for maybe 1 hr. asked the owner about it and apparently it's normal. I think it was midday when it happened. Not sure if those are every day things, but I'm often always out from morning to night so it didn't bother me much.

El lugar es bastante cómodo y muy bonito. Además el propietario fue bastante amable y estuvo atento a mi llegada, incluso me mandó un video para saber cómo era el apartamento y sus utilidades. Incluso lavé mi ropa y el internet funcionaba a la perfección. Tienes Netflix también.

No he puesto un número malo para la reseña pero considero que hay cosas que deben mejorar. Por ejemplo, el lugar tenía olor a cigarrillo en general y las paredes son muy delgadas que escuchas a los vecinos bastante fácil y no tienes mucha privacidad. El espacio de la ducha estaba sin remover los pelos y lo mismo pasó con la ropa de cama, por lo que tuve que darle vuelta a las fundas porque tenía muchos pelos. Descansar en una cama así no fue muy cómodo (No pude avisarle al propietario de cambiarlas porque era muy noche ya). De todas formas el apartamento fue muy bonito.
