La communication avec le propriétaire est excellente, il est possible d’arriver tard dans la nuit, il y a un check in sans contact même si cela n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Propriétaire serviable et arrangeant, situé au calme, ce bel appartement est bien aménagé, propre, tout le confort ainsi que la clim, le linge de lit et de toilettes sont fournit. Quartier résidentiel avec deux petits commerces d’appoint dans les rues adjacentes, mon séjour dans cet établissement a été merveilleux merci.
Tout était ok, juste un peu loin du centre mais au prix des taxis qui ne sont pas chers du tout, ce n’est pas un problème.

Чистые и комфортные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Всё что нужно и ничего лишнего.
Хороший кондиционер и интернет.
Удобное расположение в 15 минутах от центра пешком.
Тепло встретили и помогли заселится поздно ночью, всегда были на связи и отвечали на все вопросы.
Очень мало места для парковки авто. Владелец помогал с парковкой, но это не очень удобно.

L’appartamento è pulito e ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi bene. Ha un piccolo spazio esterno dove puoi rilassarti. Lo consiglio a chi vuole vivere una esperienza autentica e che vuole relazionarsi con le persone locali. Noi ci siamo trovati davvero bene sia con l’appartamento che con il proprietario che ci ha accolti con tanta ospitalità e con tanta energia positiva. Ci ritorneremo. Abbiamo un bellissimo ricordo.

A very comfortable place to stay in Yerevan. It has everything you need, it has a nice outdoor space to relax. Very tidy and clean. The host is very attentive and kind.
It is good to mention that to access on foot you have to climb some slopes. But it's nice at the same time, to get to know other corners of Yerevan. For this reason you can also have a nice view from the bedroom window ;). A taxi (using the Yandex app) it’s be very useful.
