The host is very responsive and even offered to help me order a taxi from the airport to the flat. When I asked for some things (like a sponge) they would bring it immediately. The bed was comfortable. Stable WiFi, which was very important for me since I worked every day. The kitchen has everything you need. I had my groceries delivered so I am not sure if there are any supermarkets near there, but I saw a couple of local convenient stores. The view is quite nice☺️

I reported some things to the host, but the saddest was the smell coming out of the bathroom. If I didn’t shut the door and turned on the vent, I couldn’t eat/sleep/work because the smell was so strong. Some people wrote that the place is not far from the center, but in fact it is a proper 30-minute walk down (to the center) and up (towards the flat). While the flat itself is cosy, I didn’t like the area as a solo female traveller and didn’t feel safe. I tried to leave and come back before the dark. Other travellers in their reviews didn’t say anything about it, so it might be my perception.

Комфорт и чистота! Очень понравилось. Останавливалась всего на одну ночь, но настолько всё было уютно и комфортно, что совсем не хотелось уезжать. Всё продумано до мелочей: очень чисто, всё новое, удобный матрас, чистое постельное бельё. В общем, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Альберта. Очень внимательный, отзывчивый и гостеприимный человек, всегда был на связи. Было очень приятно с ним общаться. Я часто путешествую и могу сказать, что это один из самых комфортных вариантов, которые мне встречались в Ереване. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь ещё раз. Большое спасибо за такое замечательное место!🧡
