Отличное расположение. Квартира очень компактная, но дизайн отличный и всё хорошо продумано. Отдельная похвала освещению - очень много опций и все настроены на мягкий свет. Из окна виден Арарат, это большой плюс. Можно открыть дверь и сделать импровизированный балкончик со стеклянными перилами и устроить романтический ужин. Ещё один плюс - удалось договориться о выезде в 12 и была возможность за небольшую плату выехать в 13, но нам не пригодилось.
Небольшие минусы: - не было наборчиков с зубными щетками и пастой - кровать немного скрипит. Ещё из минусов (особенности соседей, не претензия к хозяевам) - где-то ночью решили устроить ремонт, до часа ночи был отдалённый стук.
