15. Double room apartaments with fresh style

This apartment is located close to the very center of the city, a 5-minute walk from the Opera and about 15, maybe 20 minutes at a leisurely pace from the Republic Square, 350 metres from Yeritasardakan metro station. Arrival is as simple as opening a small code-locked safe box at the entrance, where hides the apartment key and a tag to open the building entrance (upon departure, repeat in reverse). The place is shady (which is a big plus on summer) but has a gas heater to keep things warm in winter and also provide hot water for your showers. The place is clean, with ample supply of towels, bed sheets, blankets, etc., and a functional kitchen. The place is suitable for a single traveler, a couple, or a couple with a kid or two. It is also better for longer stays rather than short ones.

On the downsides: I didn't find a shower gel but two shampoos instead (not a real issue); gas heater may require an instruction from the manager (I turned it on only for washing-up and showers). Proximity to the metro station also means that the building is right above the tunnel, so between 7 a.m. and midnight you may hear occasional short and quiet rumbles from trains, once in 10..15 min. That, unless you are particularly sensitive or try to record a studio-quality audio with a very sensitive microphone, is not an issue.

Отличные аппартаменты. Все чисто, свежо. Хозяин всегда на связи.?Находятся в 5-10 минутах от центра и всех достопримечательностей. В 2 минутах круглосуточный супермаркет с недорогими ценами и большим ассортиментом продуктов. В 5 минутах фирменный магазин коньячного завода Иджеван. 😄

Location was good and the apartment was clean

We booked for 3 persons and one of them had to sleep on the sofa (which we knew) but the sofa wasn’t made and was extremely uncomfortable and not big enough to fit a person. It’s not fair to charge a person for this. Also the host wanted to pay cash although I gave my credit card details to booking
