I stayed in this apartment for two nights and absolutely loved it! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The high ceilings and large rooms make it a wonderful place to relax. When I booked it, I was a little concerned about the bold patterns and prints in the interior design, but they actually grew on me and gave the apartment a unique charm. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the Opera House and Northern Avenue, with everything you might need within walking distance. There’s also a great jazz bar in the basement of the building. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

It is a very spacious and well-located apartment. Everything in the center of Yerevan is right there. It has what you need for a short or long stay. The furnishings are in good shape. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We arrived late at night, and they met us regardless. They arranged two tours outside the city, and we enjoyed ourselves.

There are no bedside lamps, so it’s not possible to read in bed at night without having the very bright overhead lamp on. It would be good to provide guests with some new frying pans and a small outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the balcony. The walls also really need to a deep clean or to be repainted. It’s just the result of a lot of use over the years. Otherwise, the apartment is very clean.

Loved the location and the balcony! It had everything we needed and it was easy to walk everywhere. Great spot to enjoy an Armenian wine on the balcony! Would totally love to stay again. The communication was awesome and the owners were really sweet - even brought us fruit from their farm.

Nothing. It was great for us. Should note for people with mobility issues, it’s four floors up without an elevator.
