Очень удобная локация, прямо рядом с Каскадом, но, в тоже время, здесь тихо и не слышно шума улиц. Удобно, что в доме два этажа. Дети спали на втором, мы - на первом. Уютный такой дом, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Парковочное место рядом с домом. Мы включали отопление, не замерзли) Радушный хозяин, помогал нам со всеми вопросами. Мы за наш отпуск поменяли несколько отелей, пожили в разных районах Еревана и Гюмри. Пожалуй, одна из моих любимых локаций именно здесь. Вышел из дома и все кафе, магазины, парк - все в шаговой доступности! Обязательно вернёмся сюда тоже.

This is probably the best apartment in Yerevan, and we have something to compare it with. The house was perfectly clean, the bed linen was snow-white, there were many dishes. The owner himself was very friendly, met us, showed everything. In addition, the apartments are really in the heart of the city.

Ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Er war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich bei Problemen sofort sich drum gekümmert. Und hat uns einen guten Tipp für einen schnelleren Weg zu den Kaskaden gegeben. Ein schönes, kleines Häuschen, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig , da in einer Sackgasse gelegen.
