Very spacious, clean apartment, conveniently located in the very centre of Yerevan. It is well-equipped (including a washing machine and lots of kitchen utensils). The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space for dining, relaxing and work. The apartment is part of a Stay Inn Apartments network, which has an office nearby, and the staff is very helpful and supportive.
The bedrooms are oriented towards the inner yard, which is currently a rather noisy construction site, but the owner has no influence over it. Some equipment (an iron and a drying rack) is not in the best condition.

Прекрасные аппартаменты в самом центре. Очень тихо, никто не мешал. Все замечательно. Душ работал, включая тропический!
Не хватает полочек или крючков в ванной, а так все прекрасно. В апреле было достаточно прохладно, но мы попросили второе одеяло, и нам его дали. Все отлично.

La ubicación .
- no es el q aparece en las fotos
- no es moderno
- la sala obscura
- balcón sucio
- no hay lámpara de mesa leer / ni apagador de luces cercano a cama en recámara principal
- la cortina no tapa la ventana . 5:00 am luz completa en el cuarto . Imposible dormir
- no era posible recibir papel higiénico adicional ( solo 1 !!!! )
- no era posible recibir carga de jabón para lavadora
