a bit noisy/smell of cigarettes because nearby is underpass, otherwise all fine.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, modern, and very well organised. Everything was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We can’t thank our host, Gor, enough. He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He even cooked us a delicious barbecue, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The property is beautiful, and everything was exceptional from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

1. I liked location of this house, it is located near city center. Almost any place can be reached in 15 minutes 2. Good modern furniture in apartment and in kitchen 3. Excellent internet

1. address isn't correct and you won't be able to find it on Google ot Yandex maps (this address must be Gevorg Jahukyan 197). for this reason I had to pay for taxi twice 2. actually its not apartment but private house divided to 2 flats. someone else will be sharing kitchen with you 3. apartment is quite cool, but if you turn on the air conditioner, air is too dry. it's impossible to sleep in the bedroom because of cold air, so I slept in living room 4. water in shower is slightly warm. you will have to get used to cold shower and missing shampoo and shower gel 5. a terribly smelly smell from bathroom, which quickly spreads to bedroom 6. couple times strange guy came to my room without knock on door asking for apartment owner 7. this apartment is overpriced
