Highly enjoyable stay

Everything is new, clean, and well organised. Self check-in and check-out very simple and straightforward. Highly recommended!

The memory foam mattress can become a bit uncomfortable if you're heavy (like me) :)

Confortable place

My stay at ARCA was excellent. The host, Harry, was very attentive and helpful at every moment, making sure everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, with great access to public transportation. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and well-climatized. I also really enjoyed the common areas; the kitchen is large and fully equipped, and the facility includes a laundry room, a living room with a pool table, and even a small workout space. It felt very safe, and everyone was very respectful of personal space. Highly recommended

Sometime the people dont take off of clothes of the laundry machine.

Stay Away from Any ARCA Properties

Had a roof and some functioning power plugs....

Literally the worst Property Management firm in Luxembourg & area. They expand and continue to expand which is of concern. They only care about profit, profit, profit. Everything, every item, every communications, every service, every step is to maximize every cent of profit at the expense of the guests. Nothing works, they refuse to fix anything, they always have an excuse, never a solution. They don't care. As the others said, internet doesn't work. Exposed wires. Unfixed broken parts everywhere. Missing kitchen ware. Missing light bulbs. Missing pillows. No hot water. You know why there is no hot water? Because they turn the boilers down to squeeze every last drop of money out of the place. Why no internet? Because they buy low end HOME service with home routers for 30-100 people through concrete walls. Nothing works as expected.

Ok if you only need a bed and a bathroom

- Staff is very responsive and ready to provide information - Self check-in and check-out - Room is rather spacious with big windows - Two bus stops nearby

- The room is very-very basic with no furniture for comfort (only 1 chair in a double room, no armchairs or a small coffee table, e.g.) and doesn't correspond to the photos - We only got 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for 2 persons for 4 days - I requested an extra duvet, which the staff refused to provide - The room was not well cleaned when we checked in, but the bathroom was spotless white - WiFi doesn't function at all, luckily, I had my mobile Internet - 10.00am for check out is very-very early on Saturday, especially during holidays

The room is large and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has many convenient amenities, I loved the mirror with music, perfect for relaxing, and there's a play area for games.

I found it a bit far from the center, but there are buses that run every 15 minutes.

Well located . No far from the city centre. Clean and calm .

Great place

Very good room, great facilities. Kitchen was really functional and clean. Good location, Gare Central and Hamilius are barely a 20 minute bus ride. Check in and out were very easy and the staff was very supportive.

We found the windowless cutout in the bathroom wall into the room a little awkward cause any smell from the toilet goes into the room, and the toilet door is technically useless

Check-in instruction was a bit confusing. No air-con, no fan, sheer curtain - it is literally see through in the evening from the street, toilet paper wasn't provided when I asked for extra (1 roll & a half was provided on check in), wifi wasn't good enough.

Comfortable, clean and overall very nice

Great apartment, near to the city center. By bicycle, I was at the center within less than 10 minutes. It was super tidy, had a great bed, great bath and everything you'd expect, including a fridge, TV. And the best was the balcony, which was refreshing at the evening of a warm summer day. The check-in procedure was well explained and worked smoothly.

Frustrating Experience – horrible checkin, isolated location and dirty amenities

Rooms are decent size.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare—there was no staff present on-site to assist guests, and we never received the check-in codes required to access the key card. Despite uploading all the necessary documents in the portal and repeatedly calling the staff, we were left waiting outside the property for 30–40 minutes. Opening the doors at the main entrance and our room was another nightmare. Accessing the room was only possible thanks to the kindness of some neighbors. Once inside, the issues continued. The electric kettle was dirty and had visible mold or fungus inside, which was unacceptable. We were informed it would be replaced in three days, but our booking was only for one night. Additionally, the hot water in the bathroom was unreliable. It took an unusually long time to arrive and wasn’t even hot enough when it finally did. To make matters worse, the property is located about 3-4 km from the city centre, with no eateries or shops nearby. Thankfully, local buses were free and frequent, which made it possible to travel into the city for food and other necessities. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unhygienic. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property.

Nice cozy apartments not far from Luxembourg city

Very nice and clean little apartment!

The check in is a bit complicated, we had a bit of trouble finding the provided Pin numbers. It was not very clear whether they would provide them via email or if someone needed to send it to us. In the end we sent them a WhatsApp message but luckily we found out before they replied that the both pin numbers are on the website where you need to do the check-in.

Die Lage direkt an eine Bushaltestelle, idealer Startpunkt um in die Stadt zu kommen. Unkomplizierter Check-in mittels Schlüssel in einer Safebox. Die vorherigen Informationen zu der Wohnung mittels kurzer Videos.

Wünsche würden nicht erfüllt. Z. B. die Nachfrage nach einem weiteren Handtuch wurde damit abgetan dass das Standard ist und es nicht mehr gibt. Kissen waren total unbequem. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war funktionell, aber nicht gemütlich.

Nonostante la struttura non si a in centro ha una fermata del bus proprio davanti a casa che porta in centro in 20 minuti , i bus ci sono ogni mezz'ora e viaggiano fino alle 23.30 . c'è anche un balcone carino

la stanza aveva un bagno con un buco che dava direttamente sul letto , poco igenico e anche molto scomodo sinceramente, c'erano dei cavi a vista e qualche problema con l'acqua calda

No hay desayuno está lejos del centro y no hay restaurantes ni comercios cerca

Fue una muy mala experiencia no podía entrar son muchos códigos y cajas de seguridad para sacar la llave y la puerta de mi habitación no fue sencillo abrirla, la habitación parecía limpia pero había unos calcetines de los huéspedes anteriores debajo de un banco.

Gute Unterkunft für Urlaub in Luxemburg

Super Lage, die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer entspricht den Fotos, genug Platz, notwendige Ausstattung ist da (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschin, Wasserkocher etc.). Auch die Küche und Waschraum sind hilfreich bei längerem Aufenthalt.

Die viel zu kleinen Zahlen an den Zahlenschlössern an den "Briefkästen" um an den Zimmerschlüssel zu kommen. An den unteren Briefkästen ist es schon mal garnicht möglich die Zahlen zu erkennen. Heute wo alles digital geht muss ich mich mit so blöden Schlössern rumquälen, furchtbar.
