La ubicación es excelente, alejado lo suficiente del ajetreo del paseo marítimo, pero lo suficientemente cerca de él para llegar en 5 minutos caminando. También nos gustó la cercania al casco antiguo y la proximidad a las tiendas y servicios. En cuanto a las instalaciones nada que objetar, cumple sobradamente con lo que se necesita. La terraza es perfecta, cómoda y muy acogedora. Anne nos recibió muy bien, y se agradece el detalle del cava, la leche y el agua mineral.
Se escuchan las voces del piso colindante, pero bueno esto creo que es inevitable ya no depende del anfitrión.

Es un piso comodo pero las habitaciones auxiliares al no tener Aire Acondicionado son calurosas. Esta muy céntrico, si no tienes coche esta bien, en caso de tener coche puede ser complicado aparcar cerca de la zona del inmueble. Los anfitriones son amables y pendientes de tus preguntas para resolver cualquier duda o inconveniente que tengas.
Que las habitaciones auxiliares no tuvieran Aire Acondicionado, en verano son muy calurosas las habitaciones.
