This apartment is fully furnished and located in the Plaza Mayor residence on the 4th floor in block F 4 b.
The Plaza Mayor complex is located 150 meters from the sea, on Arenal beach.

The nearest supermarket is spar, at 5-minute walk away. The main street Gabriel Miro is also nearby, there you will find very nice boutiques and cafes. Hotel Solymar and hotel Bahia are 2 hotels located close to the apartment block.
The Plaza Mayor complex is located between the beach area and the old town with numerous alleys in which the old culture is still fully present. Picturesque restaurants where it is not expensive to eat culinary.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a built-in air conditioning system + heating and digital television with TV Vlaanderen and also all Spanish channels.
It has 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and 1 with shower, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 separate single beds.
In the kitchen there is a washing machine, dishwasher and combi fridge freezer. Also iron and toaster, microwave available.
There is an electric recliner in the living room.
The apartment is completely newly furnished.
An ideal location, to relax a bit and still not be disturbed by the tourism along the seawall.
Quiet location, no problems with the nightlife and yet at a footstep from the seawall. Street is slightly sloping up from the sea, so less suitable for older people
By plane you will land in Alicante, 70 km from Calpé, where you can take an ALSA bus outside the airport to the bus station in Calpé. Hence it is approximately 10 minutes on foot.
There are also vans from BENICONECT that will pick you up and return you to the airport. (to be reserved in advance)
Upon your arrival, someone will be ready to let you in and hand over the keys and provide the necessary explanation.
You will certainly enjoy yourself there and be able to enjoy a great holiday.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, with a lovely view and close to the beach. Good service from the housekeeper. Ideal location for shopping and dining.
