Absolutamente todo!

Отличное местоположение, просторный номер, есть все необходимое. Хозяин лично встретил рано утром, все показал, всегда был на связи. На все вопросы отвечал оперативно и вежливо. Общается свободно на русском.

Разве что маленькая парковка у дома, не всегда можно поставить машину.

The host was supportive and communication was good, the bed and room itself were clean. The location itself is unbeatable, on a quiet side street right in the city center.

The flat has a key box outside, so I asked to get the code in advance. However, the host insisted that I call them directly via WhatsApp upon arrival to get it, rather than sharing it beforehand. I'm not sure why it wasn't possible to send it in advance, but it made the check-in process less smooth than it could have been. The host also required a cash payment in person in the flat, which wasn't very convenient as I had to adjust my schedule to theirs. The studio apartment has one balcony window facing a house entrance area, it gets not that much natural light and lacks cross-ventilation, making the space feel a bit stuffy. There was also noticeable noise due to bad sound isolation of the walls (I was able even with a closed balcony door to hear every time somebody entered the house and neighbors passing the floor). It might be subjective, as everybody has a different level of sensibility, but the flat is definitely not very quiet. Numerous instruction and rule stickers were posted throughout the space, which was a bit strange and far from a comfortable feeling, but maybe would be helpful for somebody.
