Die Wohnung ist ca. 3 km von Stadtzentrum entfernt. Mit Fahrrad (Radwege) oder Straßenbahn super erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut eingerichtet. Was man noch besorgen könnte wäre ein Geschirrabtropfgitter und ein Föhn. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Schone und großzügige Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Für mehrere Personen könnte jedoch der Kühlschrank zu klein sein. Alle Fenster sind mit Rolläden ausgestattet. Der Zugang zum Gebäude und Parkplatz ist eingezäunt.
Der Abfluss der Dusche war voller Haare, diese mussten wir entfernen, da das Wasser nicht ablief. Da im Bereich der Terrasse offensichtlich andere Bewohner herumlaufen, wäre ein Sichtschutz durch Gardinen oder Plissees vor den Fenstern angenehm.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz, ist modern und bei der Ausstattung wurden auch praktische Kleinigkeiten beachtet. Man ist durch die Straßenbahnanbindung schnell im Zentrum ubd kann das Auto auch mal auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen.
Für eine Ferienwohnung bis zu fünf Personen + Kleinkind war der Kühlschrank etwas klein.
