About this house rental
This 62-square-meter northeast-facing vacation apartment, decorated in shades of green, is spacious, located on the upper floor, and overlooks the children’s farm. To the left, behind the calf pasture, is the cow barn; to the lower right is the riding arena. Behind it, the trees along the lake shore frame the view in a semicircle.
It has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200; separate mattresses), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed), a kitchen-living room with a TV, and a bathroom. The furnishings were created by designer and carpenter friends, and artists from the farm and the surrounding area exhibit their paintings and works there. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances that offer both comfort and top energy efficiency. The vacation rental can be accessed via the outdoor staircase and gallery, as well as directly through its own balcony.

In the heart of the organic farm near Schwerin stands the former horse stable, which houses 4 vacation apartments and 5 guest rooms, which can also be combined. The furnishings were created by designer and carpenter friends, and artists from the farm and the surrounding area exhibit their paintings and works there. In the center is our small hall, which can also be used for seminars and events.
The vacation apartments are equipped with televisions; the guest rooms are not. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The estate park features a dedicated area for play and picnics with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture.
Together with our local partners in the surrounding area, we offer a wide range of activities:
• Enjoy the menu at our bistro, located right next to the playground, where you can also get cakes and pastries from the mill bakery to go with your coffee
