Shower doesn't close properly and leaks water everywhere, the towel warmer doesn't appear to be functional, couldn't find the Wi-Fi network that was supposed to be there.

OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET!!!

Our daughter liked the shower and that's about it.

Where to start... The instructions for the parking could be made clearer and easier as if you are on your own you need to park illegally to go into the apartment block to get the remote for the parking garage and the same in reverse. The residents in the block seem to be quiet irate as they are fed up with people parking in their spaces and we were told by one they resort to calling the police to have vehicles removed if incorrectly parked in the wrong space which in turn results in the vehicle being impounded at your cost. The apartment has full height windows with only net curtains that do not provide much privacy and or block out the sunlight coming into the apartment in the early morning resulting in waking you up. The bed on the mezzanine level could be of a better standard as again you do not get a good night's sleep on the poor quality matress. The apartment faces a busy main road, gets extremely hot with only one opening window again facing the busy main road and resulting in high traffic noise which in turn results in poor sleep. Could do with aircon. Lastly the WiFi network provided by the owner did not exist and upon raising a complaint no resolution was offered other than saying rebooted the dongle which we did and this too did not resolve the issue, I contacted them again and received no reply or resolution.

Overall a good apartment but not for families with small kids.

The apartment is modern and very comfortable. The underground parking was super convenient.

There was no coffee machine, even though it is listed among the facilities. We asked about it, and we were told it was being serviced. It would have been helpful to get a heads-up before arrival. The apartment was very hot, and there was no AC. Keeping the only window open was the alternative, but then we would get all the loud noise from the street. The shower door does not close properly, so after every shower, we had to dry the floor outside the shower. Important note: if you come with young kids (1-3 years), this is not a place prepared for children. The stairs are very dangerous, and the balcony has large gaps where a small kid could fall.

Nice loft with private parking

Great location, nice design, ok for 1 night stay. A lot of spaces for storage, big fridge.

The toilet seat is detached from the pod, which is a frustration. I hope it will be fixed today. There is a smell from the sink and a bit cold inside in may, one more duvet would save the situation, but it’s not there.

1. В квартире абсолютно отсутствовала туалетная бумага 2. Владелец жилья так и не вышел на связь, ни по сообщениям, ни по номеру телефона 3. Теплый пол не отключался вообще, делая нахождение в ванной невыносимым. 4. Обещанного вайфая в апартаментах не было, был другой, но это мелочи.

Nerealus kainos ir kokybės santykis, rekomenduojame.

Jauku, švaru, lengva į(iš)siregistruoti. Buvo visi reikalingi daiktai, švari patalynė, rankšluosčiai, viskas maistui pasigaminti. Mūsų viešnagei lokacija tiko puikiai, viskas po ranka, nuo stoties tiesia gatvele keliolika minučių pėsčiomis.

Dušo durys leidžia vandenį, išsimaudžius daugiau žmonių/ar ilgiau, visoje vonios patalpoje bala :) nedidelė problema, bet erzina. Kas gyvena tylioje aplinkoje, miegoti dėl gatvės triukšmo bus sudėtinga.
