Cosy 2 Bed Flat in Naujamiestis

We had a great stay it was very conveniently set up with nice work tables to work from home and all equipment in the kitchen to cook. I wish I could have stayed longer

I liked the amount and quality of the furniture and beds, as well as how spacious each room was. There was also a nice big rug in the living room and a large TV. Extremely fast Wi-Fi, which was a huge plus!

What I didn't like was that on the 2nd day, the kitchen faucet started leaking and we had to message the host so he would call a repairman to replace it (the pipes looked like they had rotted and hadn't been changed in years, just like the faucet itself). The exact same thing happened with the extractor fan in the bathroom – it would stop working after 1-2 minutes, and once again we had to write to the host to get someone to come and fix it. There was dust on almost all surfaces, except for the most visible ones like the tables and main furniture. I also wasn't happy with how clean the kitchen was. The range hood was greasy and sticky, and the cookware – especially the frying pans – looked as though they hadn't been properly scrubbed in years. Some of the plates also had something sticky on them. There were some dried-up cherries left on top of the fridge. In general, the cleanliness of the kitchen leaves much to be desired. Also didn't like that one of the light fixtures in the bathroom was barely hanging on and was about to fall (the guy whom the host called fixed this as well). There were a lot of cobwebs under the sink, and the detergent drawer in the washing machine hadn't been cleaned in a very long time either. The shower head holder felt like it was about to fall off at any second. It was extremely wobbly. Plus there was no table in one of sleeping rooms. The one in the 2nd room is good, but it's a bit too small. Overall, there are more cons than pros. Especially the fact that the faucet should have been replaced long before our arrival, but it had been ignored for a very long time. It's not worth the money at all. You're better off paying a little extra to find a clean and high-quality place to stay, especially if you are traveling as a family with kids or you have to stay for 5+ days!
