Leí comentarios de que faltaban cortinas En 2 de las habitaciones ya las hay. En la tercera habitación si que entra sol puesto que el ventanal del salón es enorme. Pero también se agradece tener toda esa luz natural en el salón.
El apartamento tiene 3 pisos SIN ASCENSOR. Esto se debería avisar en el anuncio puesto que hay gente mayor que no podría subir.
Las instalaciones no tienen mucho mantenimiento. Yo arreglaría los desperfectos que no es mucho trabajo y harían la estancia mucho más agradable.

De locatie was echt super! Dicht in het centrum, maar niet veel geluidsoverlast als je de ramen dicht had.
Het is een groot appartement met drie ruime slaapkamers. Genoeg ruimte om je spullen uit te stallen (wij waren met z'n drieën).
De facileiten in de keuken konden iets beter. Er waren genoeg glazen en borden, maar bijvoorbeeld maar 4 mokken. Ook een schaar ontbrak in de keuken. Verder was er wel van alles te vinden.
De cv-ketel maakte wel veel lawaai, waardoor het slapen in de slaapkamer naast de cv-ketel moeizamer ging.

В зимовий період прохолодно в помешканні, батарея, тільки в одній кімнаті була гаряча, інші були ледь теплими, також перших два дні у ванній не було гарячої води, але в душі , таких проблем не було.
