The location and views were lovely, way better than I expected. Decent size room and comfortable bed. I would 100% return and recommend to others 😀

The only thing was the floor needed a clean as it felt like sand under my feet. Apart from that it was great and perfect for a short or longer break.

The check-in and check-out is perfect, because you just get a message with door codes so you can get inside without any hassle. The location was also perfect, you have to cross 1 street and you're in the city centre!

I understand 46 euro's per night (which is what we payed, which I think was with a discount because we booked last minute) won't get you the most amazing apartment, but based on the pictures and reviews, we were highly disappointed by our stay. We really didn't like the size of the bed: it's 140 cm. If you come alone, or with your girlfriend or wife, it might be fine, but I was with a friend, and it was pretty awkward sleeping together in such a small bed! I'm pretty sure the pictures show at least a 160 cm bed, and I'm unsure why the apartment owner wouldn't put a bigger bed inside the apartment, since there is so much room to do so. Now you have unhappy guests, is that really worth the price difference between a 140 cm and a 160/180 cm bed? I can't imagine. Besides that, the room had a pretty strong odor of smoke, the doors were very thin which caused sound from outside of the room to disturb us, and the airconditioning was on the loud side, even on sleep mode. Hygiëne was alright, we didn't find any dirt etc., but one of the bed sheets did have a small (blood?) stain on it. All in all we were pretty unhappy about the stay. After sleeping bad the first night, I contacted the apartment owner to ask for a refund for the second night, but they wouldn't let us. I guess the 46 euro's per night is more important than good customer service and a happy guest.
