Really close to the city center and all public transport. You have a tram station in front of the building that has 3 lines (2 actually go straight to the tran station), which on the downside makes some noise, but I think that happens in almost all Cracovia since they have lots of tram lines. If you are a sensitive sleeper they have noise plugs for you on the bed tables. - The twin room in which we stayed was small, but just like you see in the photos, nothing less or more. It was enough for two people for 4 days, with enough space for suitcases. - The room and bathroom were well cleaned, we had enough towels for our stay (6 when we arrive and another 4 the next day), they cleaned the trash daily, restocked our water bottles and croissants even. - The AC was working, but we didn't need to use it it since the room was cool enough for us. - The best part was that we needed a late check-in (1am) and the owners responded quite fast and gave us detailed instructions for a self checkin one day prior to our arrival. Same for the last day, we didn't know where to leave the key, because we needed an early checkout, and they responded on Booking to our message in time. The communication is smooth, they are really nice, you just need to talk about your needs with some time in advance.

They didn't have slippers, but not such a big issue since it was summer and hot outside. The pillows are indeed a bit too big and you can't really sleep on them, but they have a smaller one that you can use instead (with proper pillow cases, not for design only)

The conditioner was working well at 37 degrees outside in the shadow. Hotel is 3 min walk from Wawel castle and 2 min walk from a supermarket. The supermarket works till 10 pm, including Sunday.

Great location and nice room

Cleaning schedule was a bit hit and miss. Staff also came in without knocking ones.
