The hotel was so close to the City Center -- s stone's throw away. But, it was also very quiet, and there was a lot going on -- Krakow Marathon this weekend. Easy to find (as long as you know that the street number is the whole block), and entry and exit were simple. Elevator available. Two good sized rooms, everything clean and simple.
Nothing to not like, really. A couple of the outlets didn't seem to work, but I didn't really care that much even to say anything. It may have just been a switch somewhere that I didn't find.

The property was tidy and clean, nice decoration. Also a huge bonus is a good location and self check-in. All Recommend :)

The location was great and the room was a good size. It had everything I needed and there was a lift to the room.
The booking site said there was an airport shuttle. When I asked about this, it turned out that they would book me a taxi but suggested that I book an Uber myself. So no airport shuttle in fact.

Location was excellent, just off the main square.
Room was compact to say the least and the furnishings were old and in need of replacement. Shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom. To the credit of the staff, they were very quick in sorting it out.
Peeling wallpaper never looks good, the whole building looks as though it is in dire need of being refurbished.
