Lovely hotel very close to the square. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful they were in contact with us after our booking to anrrsnge extras. Krakow is fantastic particularly at Christmas.

Had a lovely stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Very kindly provided us with a take away breakfast the day we had a very early start and this was very much appreciated.
