Elegant town house in Stroud

It was clean, warm, comfortable and had everything you possibly think of needing for a great stay. Location was great for our days exploring the Cotswold as well as easy walking onto the town and market. Nearby parking was easy to find and was only £3 a day or free 5pm -8am and Sundays. The communication with John was excellent!

It is three levels and the stairs are narrow and could be difficult for less mobile people. We left our suitcases downstairs.

Characterful and cosy

The property is beautifully restored and thoughtfully furnished, with every detail considered ( and more!) its filled with charming books, artwork and objects that make it feel like a true home from home. We would have happily have spent far more time in the house had our weekend not been so busy in Stroud. The experience was exceptional. Jon’s communication was fabulous and the clear household information really stood out. we really hope to return to Stroud in the future and will happily book the same property again.

Nothing - in our view it was perfect

This is a wonderful place to stay in Stroud. Beautiful interior and so clean and tidy. Great facilities. The bathroom is huge and the shower is amazing. We loved Stroud as a place, very quirky and lots and went with Jon’s recommendation of the local Indian restaurant which was delicious.
