The location for our event was great. It was clean and tidy.
It was very cold on arrival, but we found the towels to be slightly stained a d hadn't been washed properly, probably only with i efficient detergent. There were also hairs on the pillows so we doubt they were washed properly.

Comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean.
David and Jo were very helpful and kindly let us drop our bags off early
Parking was a bit tricky but David and Jo gave good instructions

It was clean. The decor was modern. The shower & bathroom were good. Security was good and we felt safe. The hosts were very helpful & amenable (told us to see them if there was any problem)
Accessing the property parking was extremely tricky. You have to back in up a short drive, & the camber meant we scraped the bottom of the car every time. A car with low suspension would really struggle. The road up to the property is also very steep & might be tricky in icy conditions. We also had to turn around further up the street to get out. There was no dishwasher or microwave (we have a holiday let & I think these are now essential). Kitchen towels would also be useful. The crockery & glassware also felt it was just bits & pieces (uniform sets would be better). The mugs were also not the cleanest. The mattress on the bed was a bit thin & not very comfortable.
