Struttura accogliente il cui punto forte è sicuramente l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Garantisce tutti i servizi di base di cui si ha bisogno e sicuramente lo spazio messo a disposizione per una coppia di persone è molto elevato. Molto gradita la presenza di riscaldamenti funzionanti egregiamente. Cucina funzionale alle esigenze. Nonostante la leggera distanza da Arezzo comunque la strada per raggiungerla è breve e comoda.
Situata in un posto leggermente scomodo in quanto su strada e magari per arrivare alla struttura dal parcheggio vicino non è il massimo della sicurezza. Da rivedere la pulizia del bollitore che era stato messo a disposizione in quanto filtro sporco e acqua ristagnante presente al suo interno. Perdite di acqua nel bagno di cui non se ne capiva la provenienza.

Помещение соответствовало описанию. Хозяева милые люди, возникающие проблемы решали молниеносно и без всякого промедления и повторных просьб. Нас удивило, что хазяин жилья оставил кофейные капсулы очень хорошего качества в достаточном количестве, печенье, варенье, шоколадную пасту и тд.
Помещение не находится в городе Ареццо. Это село Ла Паце. Но это хорошо ( тихо, даже слышно пой птиц и ночью были светлячки. До города регулярно ходит автобус. Остановка в 10 метрах. Стоимость проезда 1 евро. Но автобус ходит до 20.00 дальше или такси ( стоимость от 11 евро и выше, как договоритесь), или пешком это 35 минут . Автобус едет до ценьра 10 мин.
