A pleasant short resting stay after arriving from overseas and moving on to a painting workshop in Tuscany.

The location was within walking distance of Arezzo train station. The apt was bright and the balcony with greenery outside was pleasant. The property owners (over WhatsApp phone) helped us navigate our late arrival by train after we missed the original booked train. Much appreciated.

The house felt like walking into an Italian gramma’s home. It was spacious with a large bathroom and well equipped kitchen where we spent most of our time. The bed was very comfortable Grocery and shopping within minutes and a 20 minute walk to Centro.

Great apartment close to everything.

Nice comfortable apartment very near the historical center. Several caffe’s for coffee in the morning. Good food was close by and Vania was very nice.

Very large apartment, it was very attractive and well equipped.

It was about 15 minutes walk to the city centre and the owner doesn't speak English. Neither of these were a problem for me.

Perfect stay !

We loved this first and last floor apartment, which was one of the best we have stayed at while visiting Europe. It was clean, quiet, had a nice balcony with garden view, was located near a grocery store and was easy to find. Our friendly host, Vania, met us in person at the apartment. Everything worked, kitchen was well-equipped and included a few staples, the couch and beds were comfortable, the linen were soft and the heating, which was needed in April, was perfectly adequate. It was our home away from home for 8 nights. We would definitely return!

A beautiful flat in the lower part of Arezzo within easy reach of town centre

Magnificent flat, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Private parking and a 15 minute walk to Arezzo centre. Conard supermarket 2 minutes away! Vania met us to show us round and was very helpful.

A wonderful comfortable stay

This is a beautiful clean and spacious appartamento. Located within walking distance from the centre. We were traveling by car from uk to south of Italy so pretty tired. The apartment was comfortable warm beautiful overlooking the garden, perfect for my dog. We were fully refreshed for our drive onwards th e next morning The host met us with keys and showed us around and was very helpful. I would love to return on my way back. I highly recommend Home53.

Home53 was delightful. Very comfortable and spacious. All amenities and everything you needed where supplied, even a washing machine that I had been missing at previous stays around Italy. The location was centrally located to shops and restaurants.

The only thing that was missing was a kettle to make coffee/tea.

Full kitchen, comfy beds, black-out shutters, and the host were very attentive. We asked for a fan late in the evening and you placed one outside the room within minutes.

The only thing we would have liked is screens for the windows, but that’s a personal preference.

Exceptional

A very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment, designed with a very good taste. Within 10-15 min walk from the old town so it is a perfect place to explore Arezzo. Jacopo is a very helpful and thoughtful host, always ready to help whatever question or problem you may have. The communication and checking-in and out was easy and we were very warmly welcomed, even with a good bottle of wine. We came by car and we could leave it in a closed parking area just in front of the building for free. If we came to Arezzo, we would certainly stay here again.

La casa è molto confortevole e spaziosa, la posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Il parcheggio interno un grande plus. Vania, che ci ha accolto, impeccabile per cortesia e simpatia.

Un breve e ottimo soggiorno in una casa attrezzata di tutto, vicina al centro.

Posizione ottima vicina al centro. Casa con cucina attrezzata di tutto, con ben due balconi. Ciò ci ha permesso di essere indipedenti per i pasti, avendo poi un supermercato e un negozio di pasta vicinissimi. Abbiamo inoltre potuto gestire il cane con più sicurezza e tranquillità quando non lo abbiamo portato con noi. Gestori e proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili alle nostre eventuali richieste.

C'era un anta della cucina mancante ( quella del frigo ) ed un antina di cartone a chiusura del mobile frigo nella parte superiore, messa per proteggere dalla polvere, un pò pericolante ed esteticamnete discutibile. Le luci bianche presenti in tutta la casa illuminavano bene, ma non crevano atmosfera e calore. Secondo me da sostiture con luci calde ( io detesto la luce bianca ). Lo stereo ed il Wi-FI non hanno funzionato, ma a me non servivano ed ho rimediato diversamente per avere la rete e un pò di musica .

Veramente da consigliare

La casa è ben posizionata vicino al centro, ma in un posto poco caotico. La struttura è dotata dell'essenziale di tutto ciò che serve per soggiornarci, tenuta bene, molto pulita, ho apprezzato molto l'odore di pulito di asciugamani e lenzuola. Vicinissimo c'e un supermercato dove si può acquistare ciò che serve. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo!

il parcheggio riservato a volte l'ho trovato occupato, ma fortunatamente riuscivo a trovare parcheggio lungo strada vicino la struttura, quindi non mi ha dato troppa noia questa cosa.

Ottimo appartamento appena fuori il centro in una villetta con giardino

Appartamento sito al primo e ultimo piano di una delle ultime villette con giardino della zona. Molto ben articolato con un bel soggiorno, una cucina separata, abitabile, un bagno con vasca e doccia e due camere da letto spaziose con a disposizione armadi e cassettiere. Parcheggio all'interno della proprietà, sotto casa. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto ed è molto pulito. I letti sono tutti molto comodi con ottimi materassi. Insomma top, grazie

Appartamento ben organizzato, spazioso e molto pulito. Fornito di tutto il necessario, asciugamani, utensili e prodotti per la pulizia. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dal centro storico. Consigliato soprattutto per la disponibilità di parcheggio interno. Gentile e disponibile la proprietaria.

Ottimo soggiorno ad Arezzo

La proprietaria ci ha accolto (e atteso, avevamo un po' di ritardo causa aereo/treno/traffico) in un appartamento veramente carino, pulito e ben posizionato. Dotato di tutte le cose necessarie, è posizionato dietro un supermercato, comodissimo per fare spesa in pochissimi minuti. Nessun problema riscontrato, è stato tutto perfetto.
