Lovely and romantic place in historical center where you feel home.

Nicely decorated. Good feeling of being at home. Clear and bright in the living room. Kitchen very well equipped. Next to city center in a quiet area. Very good communication with the staff. Internet fast, TV provided with lots of services connected.

Flat a bit dark to the bedroom/ bathroom, and a bit cold in automn when heating is not on. Personnel heater in bedroom, but not in bathroom :/ Also bedding could have been newer for a 9rating. But this is very minor things..

10 day stay at Arezzo

The property is at the center of Arezzo next to all points of interest and a 15’ walk to the train station.The interior is nicely decorated and impeccably clean.The apartment has all the utensils you may need, a coffee machine and enough coffee for all days.The host was easy to communicate with and also met me at the train station to drive me to the apartment due to the late hour of the check in.

The bed was too hard for me so it was really uncomfortable for a 10 days stay.The couch was also really uncomfortable to seat at.Most of the days there was noise from the apartment above until late at night.

It felt like being home during my stay at Roberta's home, very comfortable and close to everything.

On my check-out day, she offered (and did) drive me and my heavy luggage to my next location in Arezzo......thank you again! Roberta's home is excellent for a stay; Roberta the person is ever better!

Very clean and cozy, pride of ownership apartment. Close to many good restaurants and a short walk to the main piazza and other attractions. Owner is very attentive and responsive to guests. Excellent communication from the very start and very kind host. Thank you, Roberta!

This was perfect! It was immaculately clean, excellent facilities and bright and airy. Roberta, the host, was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. She has no English, but she’s a whiz with Google translate. Of the four places I have stayed in Italy on this trip, this wins hands-down, and I’ve already booked for next year!

"AMAZING HOME AWAY FROM HOME"

We had an amazing time staying at Pescioni 19! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, perfect location, well-equipped & more. Our Host Roberta was very responsive, made wonderful suggestions, went above and beyond to provide thoughtful amenities, and ⁵made our stay truly memorable. It was a long-term stay. Which made our choice of accommodations more important. It definitely felt like home. "We definitely can't wait to return!"

Amazing place, one of the rare cases when the property looked better in life. – Roberta was very helpful and kind – The apartment is super cozy and stylish – The kitchen is really well equipped – Bed is great and the bathroom is super comfy and very clean – There is an AC in each room, but the location of the apartment is so perfect for Italian hot summer, there is no direct sunlight and if you open windows in living room and bedroom the apartment will be cooled naturally

A beautiful little apartment in the heart of the historic district of Arezzo. Colorful, tasteful, with modern amenities. It is within walking distance of all the glorious things to see in Arezzo, and there are so many! The bed is comfortable with nice sheets and the apartment is very, very quiet.

I think this was the best appartment I had pleasure to stay in Italy, value for money 10/10. In the centre of the city but still in a quiet street, amazing appartment in an old building but with modern interior and facilities, super clean and equipped in everything you need for holidays. Also great restaurants with local food nearby. There is no air conditioning, but it was known before reservation. Also, have your translation app ready, might be useful if you don't speak Italian :).

Great location and great host.

The apartment has just been renovated with great taste and intelligence. Everything is spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped, hot water is plentiful, and the small bedroom is quiet. There is no better location in Arezzo. The apartment is a five-minute walk from everything you need to see or do in the historic center, while also being quiet. Roberta is a thoughtful host. She even had a small bottle of chilled prosecco ready for us when we arrived. We will be back!

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno

L'appartamento è totalmente ristrutturato e ben arredato, in un'ottima via del centro storico di Arezzo che è molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza con il Corso Italia. La proprietaria è gentilissima, ci ha accolti e mostrato il tutto facendoci trovare persino acqua e spumante in frigo.

La camera, in pieno inverno, è un po' fredda ma con lo split si ha la possibilità di regolare il clima senza problemi. Non c'è l'ascensore e le scale sono un po' strette ma in palazzi storici come questo è abbastanza comune

La casa è carinissima e ben attrezzata e la posizione è veramente strategica, a due passi dal centro. Si può girare a piedi tutto nei dintorni senza problemi e la zona è silenziosa. Consigliato!

Sehr gute Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Arezzo. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht (auch Handtücher, Fön etc.). Nettes Café eine Straße weiter. Supermärkte sind ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

La comodità del centro storico a 2 passi!

La struttura era accogliere, arredata con gusto, in una posizione fantastica per chi vuole raggiungere a piedi il centro storico in 3 minuti. È una zona silenziosa e nello stesso tempo vicinissima a ristorante, locali, negozi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che ci fossero cialde per caffè e bottiglie di acqua. La cucina è attrezzata ma noi abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.
